Terms & Conditions
LAST UPDATED: JUNE 2026
1. Introduction
Welcome to ZEUS IOT. By accessing our website, purchasing our custom IoT hardware, or requesting software services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the relationship between ZEUS IOT ("we", "our") and our customers (primarily college students and educators).
2. Project Requests & Customization
All projects listed in our arsenal are fully customizable. However, any modifications to the base project must be explicitly stated and agreed upon during the consultation phase via WhatsApp or our Contact Form. Major changes requested after development has commenced may incur additional fees.
3. Delivery & Timelines
We pride ourselves on an average 24-hour response time and 99.7% on-time delivery. Expected delivery dates will be provided upon project confirmation. While we strive to meet all deadlines, ZEUS IOT is not liable for delays caused by hardware supply chain issues, shipping delays, or force majeure events.
4. Hardware Warranties & Software Bugs
All IoT hardware components are thoroughly tested before deployment. If a component arrives DOA (Dead on Arrival), it must be reported within 48 hours of receipt for a replacement. For software, we offer a 14-day bug-fix guarantee for any logical errors directly related to our code. We do not support code modified by the user post-delivery.
5. Educational Use
ZEUS IOT provides projects intended for educational, research, and learning purposes. We are not responsible for any academic integrity violations. The customer assumes full responsibility for how the delivered code and hardware are presented, utilized, or submitted within their respective institutions.
6. Payments & Refunds
All payments are processed securely via UPI or direct bank transfer. A 50% upfront payment is required to initiate custom development. Due to the digital and custom nature of our hardware/software engineering, refunds are generally not provided once development has commenced unless we fail to deliver the agreed-upon project scope.
